Purpose

The main aim of this training was to create awareness of how valuable time is lost and to demonstrate handy ways about how to make the most of our time for maximizing our potential


Overview

The course was conducted by a Certified Time Manager. Awareness was created with the use of a time audit trail and the common time bandits were discussed with proven ways to get over them. An overview of Time Management theories was done with practical implementation tips.


Results

Participants were highly motivated after the training and positive feedbacks were gathered.

Many people have started using the techniques demonstrated in the training.

Training was a success.


Recommendations

To extend training to a full day so that more activities can be included with high interaction from participants.
