Purpose

OSL has been designed to enhance the JCI motto of ‘Be Better’ and ‘Creating Positive Impact in the community.'

Overview

The program is held on the Fridays of each week from 8 Am till 10 Am at Ramna Park (One of Dhaka's biggest and most popular parks). OSL basically facilitate a platform where participants are getting opportunity to develop their communication and presentation skills totally for free. They learn and develop themselves from each other (Like that of open sourcing in computing). OSL is also facilitating real life social networking. During each session our JCI Bangladesh members are present and they share their real life business and work experiences. Additionally small training sessions are conducted which benefits the participants in their professional life and also helps them to do something for the community.

Accomplishments

Since this is a community development event, it should be continued for as long as possible and also be extended to more venues.

Recommendations

More than 50+ participants in every session and still growing.
