Purpose

TO SENSITIZE PEOPLE TO DO A REGULAR ROUTINE CHECK OF THEIR BLOOD PRESSURE,HEIGHT,WEIGHT,BLOOD SUGAR AND TO VISIT THE HOSPITAL INSTEAD OF TAKING SELF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

Overview

YEMI AJOSE ADEOGUN FREE HEART CHECK IS A PROJECT IN MEMORY OF OUR 1990 PAST PRESIDENT WHO DIED OF A HEART ATTACK IN 1997.THIS PROJECT IS DONE YEARLY AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS TO CREATE AWARENESS ABOUT REGULAR HEART CHECK. THIS YEAR, THE PROJECT TOOK PLACE AT OREGUN MEDICAL HEALTH CENTRE, SPONSORED BY ONIGBONGBO LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAIRMAN. INDIGENES IN THE LOCALITY ASSEMBLED TO HAVE THEIR HEART CHECKED AND RECEIVED MEDICAL ADVICE FROM THE MEDICAL PERSONNEL ON GROUND

Accomplishments

I RECOMMEND THAT THIS PROJECT SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT ANNUALLY. MORE PUBLICITY SHOULD BE DONE AND TIME SHOULD SPENT ON PREPARING FOR THE PROJECT TO MAKE IT MORE SUCCESSFUL

Recommendations

ABOUT 100 PEOPLE WERE TESTED. THEY HAD THEIR BODY MASS, HEAT PRESSURE AND BLOOD SUGAR TESTED. THERE WERE ENOUGH MEDICAL PERSONNEL TO ATTEND TO THE CROWD. EVERYONE THAT CAME WAS ATTENDED TO. THOSE WITH SEVERE CASES WERE REFERRED TO A HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. THE AWARENESS WAS BUILT IN THE OREGUN, IKEJA, LAGOS STATE. THE INDIGENES ASKED THAT WE COME BACK TO DO THE PROJECT AGAIN!!!! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!
