Recommendations

Program: 1. To allow sufficient time for the Board to conduct official business and engage with its members: This goal was achieved through the official meeting and discussion sessions facilitated by our National President, Alan MacKinnon and VP, Katherine Cheng. 2. To support JCI's Nothing But Nets project through guest speakers and fundraising activities: This goal was achieved through the AGM dinner, donation on behalf of the guest speakers and the putting competition. In total, 22 nets will be donated to Nothing but Nets project. 3. To provide opportunities for training to take place: Three training workshops took place over the AGM weekend on the topics of membership building, leadership and market research. 4. To showcase the host chapter's effort in engaging its local community: The host chapter had an opportunity to showcase its local Nothing but Nets project at the Saturday Official Opening by VP, Katherine Cheng and Chapter President, Suzi Chen. Target audience: 15 delegates: In total, we have 15 delegates for the AGM Friday Night’s Welcome Drink, 18 delegates for the AGM Saturday and 15 delegated for the AGM Sunday.
