Recommendations

Prior to the event, Three Committees (Project Committee, Finance and Marketing Committee and Public Relations Committee were established and were responsible for the major planning of the project. Each Committee had its assigned role. Hence they competed against each other to achieve their tasks assigned them. The Project Committee had to come up with the venue, time and anything that involved the success of the project. The role of the Finance and Marketing Committee was to identify prospective partners and sponsors, branding of JCI Accra Royale to attract such sponsors. They also were to come up with designed polo shirts for the event. They came up with ways of raising funds while every member made a contribution towards the project. The Public relations committee on the other hand had a responsibility of educating members and general public about the event and on what JCI stands for. On 2nd April,JCI members set off to the project venue, Afiadenyigba to implement what had been planned months ago. Project was carried out in two phases with the focus on Hanging of the Insecticide Treated Nets rather than just distributing. The Nothing but Net project was carried out in two phases.
