Accommodation

Best is to find an accommodation in the European district or city center close to one of the following metro stations:

Trone or Maelbeek - close to the European Parliament (EP)

Schuman - close to the European Commission (EC)

St. Catherine or De Brouckère - in the city centre

We are currently looking into group bookings for hotels.

During the 2018 European Know-How Transfer Brussels there a few major events and exhibitions going on so the hotel situation is quite tense. Therefore, we suggest to book as early as possible. Cheaper solutions might involve some traveling.

Home hospitality

JCI The Heart of Europe (JCI THOE) local members will try to provide home hospitality to as many JCI EU KHT participants as possible, on a first-come first-serve basis, but will not be able to offer it to everyone. Therefore, please consider if you can afford a hostel or hotel, so that home hospitality will go to those of you who will benefit most from it.

Home hospitality requests must be made together with registration, at the JCI EU KHT registration form (which is expected to go online at the beginning of April 2018).

Feel free to contact JCI EU KHT COC Director Simona Losmanova (simona.losmanova@jcithoe.com) for advice on location or questions to home hospitality.
