JCI Head Trainer is only available for Certified National Trainers level and above and presents the JCI Training standards of performance and efficiency for JCI Certified Trainers, unveils the methods of mentoring and coaching the Assistant Trainers, helping them to improve their skills and efficiency in delivering the course content and brings up the Head Trainer’s responsibilities with online course administration, programming and reporting.

Content

• Module 1 - Opening: The opening of the course will introduce participants and trainers, explain the course program and objectives and introduce the importance of the course.
   
• Module 2 - JCI Head Trainer Concept and Philosophy: JCI Training sees the Certified JCI Head Trainer as the main instrument for the development of new and young trainers. Therefore, it is expected that Certified JCI Head Trainers adopt the JCI Training philosophy.
   
• Module 3 - JCI Training Standards: In order to accomplish the highest standards in training and to ensure the participants receive the training they registered for and deserve, Certified JCI Head Trainers must ensure that the established JCI Training Standards are followed.
   
• Module 4 - Mentoring the Assistant Trainers: It is JCI Training’s responsibility to ensure JCI has a continuous flow of new and young trainers and at the same time new trainers receive the opportunity to contribute and learn by taking part in official JCI courses with more experienced trainers.
   
• Module 5 - The JCI Official Course rules: JCI is placing a lot of efforts in the Corporate Identity and the Image projected to the members and community. Therefore, it is important that a few rules be observed when using JCI official manuals and courses development.
   
• Module 6 - Case Studies: This Module will have trainers discuss case studies and come up with suggestions and solutions for situations they may face in the field.
   
• Module 7 - Online Course Reporting: This Module will have participants will learn how to complete the online course final reports.
   
• Module 8 - Closing: This module will reinforce the course message and close with the certificates being given to participants.
