The JCI TOYP Ceremony takes place every year during the JCI World Congress. All Honorees of the JCI TOYP Award are invited to travel to the JCI World Congress where their trophies are presented to them in a formal Awards ceremony.

The ceremony, which usually last about two hours, includes a very short keynote speech from the chairperson of the TOYP Ceremony Committee and then a presentation of the trophies to the Honorees. JCI TOYP Ceremonies also provides other attractions as interludes between presentations. Shortly after the TOYP Ceremony, there is a reception for honorees, special invitees, JCI Board members, Chief Delegates from all countries represented at the Congress, and community dignitaries.

JCI will provide the Honorees:
1. Two complimentary JCI World Congress registrations
2. Hotel accommodations at the Congress Headquarters Hotel
3. One economy airline ticket to the 2010 JCI World Congress, in Osaka, Japan
(All participants must be willing to be present at Congress if selected as an Honoree)
