| JCI ITF Deniz Senelt recognized as “Personality of the Month” |

HR Magazine, the oldest and most influential Human Resources and Management publication in Turkey, selected JCI International Training Fellow (ITF) #091, Deniz Senelt, to be interviewed and recognized as the “Personality of the Month.” HR Magazine reaches directly 3000 HR professionals. Some 2000 additional copies of each issue of HR Magazine are sold in main bookstores nationwide.
In the interview, ITF Senelt emphasizes the opportunities that JCI offers, focusing on personal and professional development. She mentions receiving the “Most Outstanding Trainer” Award at the 2006 JCI European Conference, being invited to be a speaker at the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) International Conference in 2007 and again for the ASTD Conference in 2008, and she credits JCI for her success as an international trainer.
“After nine years of membership, it’s time for me to pay back to JCI for all the platforms it provided me to develop as a trainer, a leader and a person,” said Senelt. “I made sure HR professionals are aware of JCI’s power to help JCI members reach beyond any limitations to become better and better.
