Born June 6, 1974, in Panama City, Panamá. Iris Oro holds a Master’s degree in
Management and works as manager in an automotive company. She resides in Panamá.

Oro joined JCI Panamá in 2003. He became Local President in 2006, National Vicepresident
in 2007, Vicepresidente Executive in 2008 and National President in 2009. She is Certified
National Trainer.

She has attended five JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congresses. She speaks
Spanish.
