JCI News General Assembly Elects 2011 Board of Directors
 
Read on to meet next year’s leaders, elected at the 2010 JCI World Congress in Osaka, Japan. In a suspenseful and exciting meeting, the General Assembly at World Congress elected the 2011 Board of Directors, including the JCI President, four Executive Vice Presidents and 17 Vice Presidents. Members packed into Osaka Grand Cube Main Hall with banners, posters and flags celebrating the candidates from their JCI National Organizations. 2010 JCI Executive Vice President Kentaro Harada from JCI Japan was elected 2011 JCI President by acclamation. He addressed the assembly following his election encouraging members to continue their commitment to making positive change and establishing his theme of "Impact the World." The General Assembly also elected Taipei, Taiwan as the site of the 2012 JCI World Congress by acclamation. 2011 Executive Vice Presidents The JCI Executive Vice Presidents for 2011 are as follows: Dennis Cunanan - JCI Philippines Rami Majzoub - JCI Lebanon Eladio Martinez - JCI Puerto Rico Hans-Henrik Queseth - JCI Denmark 2011 Vice Presidents The JCI Vice Presidents for 2011 are as follows: Shine Bhaskaran - JCI India Toshiharu Shimizu - JCI Japan Rania Haddad - JCI Lebanon Katherine Cheng - JCI USA Guillaume Aubanel - JCI France Lesley Young - JCI United Kingdom Victor Marawu - JCI Zimbabwe Donna Francis - JCI West Indies Alexis Kouakou - JCI Cote d'Ivoire Alex Mok - JCI Macao Dave Martinus - JCI Dutch Carribean Ismail Haznedar - JCI Turkey Esther ter Beek - JCI Netherlands Carlos Parucker- JCI Brazil Fabrice Shema Ngoga - JCI Rwanda Jonathan Miranda - JCI Honduras Raju Khatri - JCI Nepal
