| Contributing to Positive Change
JCI members take action in their local communities every day, but three programs offer opportunities for individuals to reach across the globe in distinct ways and create positive change outside of their communities through monetary donations.
JCI Foundation
Individual members create positive change by collaborating with other members in JCI National and Local Organizations. These organizations are supported both by membership dues and the generosity of the JCI Foundation donors.
Through the JCI Foundation, JCI members, alumni and friends of JCI give back to the organization and enable future young active citizens create positive change for generations to come.

JCI Nothing But Nets
Every 30 seconds, another child dies of malaria. But $10 is all it takes to save a life with an insecticide-treated net.
That’s why JCI partnered with the UN Foundation in 2008 to form JCI Nothing But Nets, a global campaign to fight malaria. JCI members around the world create projects to raise awareness, fundraise for mosquito nets and educate their communities on the dangers of malaria.

JCI Operation Hope
Every day, JCI members take action to create sustainable positive change in their communities. But when natural disasters strike, members go above and beyond to respond to the communities in distress.
Through JCI Operation Hope, JCI members unite to take action in the aftermath of tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes and other natural disasters, reaching across the globe to sustain recovery initiatives and rebuild communities. JCI officially launched JCI Operation Hope on January 1, 2005 to empower members to take action in the face of natural disasters.
