JCI Applauds Creative Young Entrepreneurs

JCI CYEA celebrates individuals bringing greater innovation and sustainability to the business world.JCI celebrates outstanding young entrepreneurs under the age of 40 with the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award (JCI CYEA) each year. These individuals use creativity and innovation to establish a business or improve an existing venture while adhering to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Working in partnership with Flanders District of Creativity, JCI is pleased to announce the 2011 JCI CYEA finalists:

Global Green Synergy (GGS) is a manufacturing company that produces palm fiber and then buys back the waste from its customers to convert into bio fuels. Lim continues to grow his business in the palm biomass industry and hopes his sustainable practices show others that profitability can be achieved while still protecting the environment.

Emma Little of ExecSpace, Scotland
Little founded ExecSpace in 2008 as a conference and business accommodation agency. ExecSpace sources venues, audio-visual tools, accommodations and catering for corporate customers to mitigate a corporation’s stress, hassle and time involved with planning external events. ExecSpace takes pride in adhering to the principles of CSR through a strong no tolerance corruption policy and the encouragement of environmentally friendly activities in the workplace.

Tommi Wu of DeLighTable Interactive Ltd., Hong Kong
