New Limitations on First-Time Assistant Trainer Assignments
To increase the quality of all courses, the JCI Training Commission has decided to limit the number of full-day or longer courses taught by Assistant Trainers to two. Half-day assignments are limited to one to allow Assistant Trainers to observe proper training methods from Head Trainers. The JCI Trainer’s Guide contains a list of approved courses for Assistant Trainers to conduct. Read more about the new JCI Training rules and download the updated JCI Training Policy Manual.
