Instructions on Enrollment
Senate application forms are available at the end of this page and, upon request, from your national headquarters or the JCI Headquarters.

COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM: The form must be fully completed. Please ensure the following are included:

1)Full name of the applicant. Please PRINT clearly indicating exactly how the name should appear on the certificate.

2)Applicant’s current contact information. Please include applicant’s address, telephone and fax numbers (personal and/or business), and email address, if available.

3)Applicant’s date of birth. Applications will not be processed without this key information.

4)Date applicant joined Junior Chamber. Applications will not be processed without this key information.

5)Reason(s) why the Senatorship should be awarded.

6)All required signatures. Before submitting the form to JCI Headquarters, make sure the applicant’s LOM, State (where applicable), and NOM Presidents have signed it. The JCI President’s signature will be added at JCI Headquarters.

Consult with your local, national, and state headquarters for any additional requirements.

APPLICANT SERVING AS CURRENT OFFICER: If the applicant is currently serving as an officer whose signature is required, the next senior officer may sign for him/her.

SENATE PAYMENT: A full payment must be made to JCI in the amount of US$300. It may be made by check (drawn on a U.S. bank and in U.S. dollars) or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, or American Express). If you wish to pay by credit card, please refer to the corresponding section of the application form (or to information on Acceptable Payment Options).

The application will not be approved or processed until the completed form, bearing all necessary signatures, has been submitted, and the entire Senate membership fee has been paid.

SENATE NUMBER ASSIGNMENT: Upon approval of the application at JCI Headquarters, the applicant is assigned a number and his/her name is entered in the Roll of Senators.

SENATE PACKAGE: The new JCI Senator receives an elegant and personalized certificate, an attractive gold membership card in a distinctive packaging, and a special Senator’s pin.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: Please allow approximately three weeks for processing and mailing. The Senate package will be sent to the address provided on the application (please PRINT clearly). Kindly refer to the following shipping options:

Regular Mail: Unless otherwise indicated, shipment will be made via regular mail. Delivery may take up to six weeks depending on the region.

UPS (courier service): It provides fast and guaranteed delivery to most regions. Shipping costs vary depending on destination.
